This one-bedroom "pied-à-terre", in an old 1880s parisian building, was subjected to minor transformations.

 

A wooden floor and stone tiles have replaced the old vinyl floor while the white-painted beams made the rooms feel bigger and higher. The shower room was also transformed into a tiny but modern bathroom.

 

Bespoke wooden seats have been designed and installed under the five main windows of the apartment to enjoy the sunny days.
