Haussmannian-style maidroom full renovation

Surface area : 10sqm

Mission : full renovation + bespoke furniture

Delivery : March 2013



 

This former Haussmannian-style maidroom, unoccupied for years, was redesigned as a modern student flat and fully equipped  with modern facilities.

 

In order to save space and increase efficiency, the apartement was fully renovated with a maximum of storage room. 

 

Instantaneous water heaters have been installed in the new shower room and under the kitchen sink.

The bespoke seat is used as a sofa during the day and as a bed at night. A desk has of course been created too.
